An “ordering point” is anything that gets its own stand or sticker: a table indoors, a table outside, a room or a meeting room.

Above 30 ordering points, further stands cost a one-off €6.90 per point. For 40 rooms that is a one-off €69 — the monthly price stays the same.

That is roughly one to two extra orders per night you are open. A single good weekend covers the month.

That is a little over one extra order an evening — with 20 rooms occupied, one guest in twenty who still wants something in the evening.

Questions about the price
Why is the setup charged on top?
Because it is real work that we do for you. We enter your complete menu — every item, every price, every category — set up the time-based menus and pricing rules, print the stands and programme the NFC stickers. You do not have to type anything. The €249 is charged once and never again.
Does it cost more for a hotel than for a lounge?
No. The monthly price depends neither on the trade nor on the size. The only difference comes above 30 ordering points: from there a one-off €6.90 is added for each further stand or sticker — what the material costs us, with nothing on top.
Is there a discount if I sign up for longer?
Pay a year up front and two months are free. That is the only reduction on the monthly price there is — and it is the same for everyone. We do not do special prices, because a year from now we would be explaining to every customer why the business down the road pays less.
Will there be more costs later?
No. No commission on orders, no charge per guest, no cost for updates. If a stand breaks or a sticker stops reading, we replace it at no charge. The one thing you can add later is further sites.
Can I move from the menu package to the ordering system later?
At any time, and there is no new setup fee. The difference is charged from the following month, and your menu stays exactly as it is.
Why a twelve-month term?
Because the setup is work on your business that we cannot finance on a fortnight's notice. After that the contract carries on month by month — with no automatic renewal for another year.
